Prayer – at least
3 times/ day. Try to establish regular times. Ps 55:17

at least 2/day- Proverbs and something else of your choice – Ps 1:2

sessions/day ½ hr each

Healthy Diet
1.
If you have a
degenerative disease, you should do your best to stick with raw nuts, fruits
and vegetables. And eat as much of them as you like and as often as you like.
(baked potatoes or yams may be included if you like)
2.
If you want to
include grains –select whole grains, or better yet sprouted grains
3.
Olive oil or
other vegetable oils may be used
4.
Drink lots of
water, 32Oz/day
* If
you are ill, do your best to eliminate all processed foods, sugar, and white
flour, animal products of any sort, hydrogenated oils, and salt
